I have been doing plumbing for 18 years. Just started Take the Plunge in April 2010.

What is your primary product or service?
Commercial, Residential and Service

How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
My wife Wendy and I own this business together. My former employers have decided to retire. So we decided it was time to go out on our own. I started out in electric and ended up in plumbing. I enjoy what I do. It lets me work with my hands. My wife and I are both people oriented.

How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I want to get to know my customers and do good work in a timely manner.

How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I would like to serve the Winnebago and Boone county areas.

What type of payments do you accept?
Cash, Check and soon to be Visa and Mastercard.

Wendy Shahrikian is the owner. Raffi Shahrikian is the plumbing contractor and manager.

Monday thru Saturdays Sundays for emergencies only
