How long have you been in business?
Jonathan Eash has been in the stone fabrication business for 34 years
What is your primary product or service?
We fabricate stone slabs for counters, fireplaces, and a myriad of other custom products.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Jonathan started working in the stone business as a Summer job in 1980, just two weeks after graduating from High School, and it has led into a career, dedicated to the happiness of satisfied customers.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Eash Stoneworks is a custom stone shop. We are always improving on the abilities and talents, with which we have been blessed, and it shows through our long list of satisfied (repeat) customers.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We are located in one location on the western outskirts of Rockford, IL.
Provide detailed directions to your location
From I-90, go West on the US20 Bypass to the Meridian Road exit. Turn Right (North) approximately 8/10 mile to West State Street. Turn Right (East) and continue 1/2 mile to our shop. We are directly across the street from the Marathon Gas Station and share our driveway with Dach Fence Co.
What type of payments do you accept?
We require a 50% deposit for material purchase, with the balance due upon installation/job completion. We accept Cash, Check, and can make arrangements for credit card use.
Which areas do you service?
We typically service an hundred mile radius from Rockford, IL
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
The Company is run by the Eash family.
What are your hours of operation?
We are open M-F 8:00-5:00, and Saturday by appointment. Closed Sundays. Please call first to make an appointment, as there are times we are out all day on an installation project.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
When a customer cries, because they are so happy with the completed project, there are no words to describe the satisfaction in knowing we did a great job.
What is your favorite quote or Bible verse?
Exodus 31:3-5 Filled with the Spirit of God, in all manner of workmanship, to cut and set stones, and to engage in all kinds of workmanship. Joshua 6:27 The Lord was with him, and his fame spread throughout the land.
